	Davina - Super Body Workout [DVD] [2008] Buy new: £12.88 / Used from: £12.00 Fab! This is Davina's best DVD for me! Great toning and cardio workout. I think this is probably aimed at more intermediate exercisers than beginner exercisers.
	Dance It Off With Vicky Binns [DVD] [2007] Buy new: £8.68 / Used from: £1.43 This exceeded my expectations! I'm quite fit but found this DVD a challenge. A good choice if you fancy a more fun dance based workout over the more traditional workout's.
	Davina McCall - High Energy Five [DVD] Buy new: £11.48 / Used from: £5.78 A worth while purchase! I like that this DVD is broken down into 20 min workouts for the different body areas. great if you want to work on specific body parts. Good for beginners and intermediates.
	Nell McAndrew - Maximum Impact [DVD] [2003] Buy new: £12.18 / Used from: £2.82 A hard workout, but for me not as fun as others such as Davina and Ministry of Sound
	Ministry Of Sound: Pump It Up! The Ultimate Dance Workout [DVD] by Pump It Up! Buy new: £6.98 / Used from: £5.94 This is probably my favourite! The music is great if you are a fan of club music and really keeps you motivated. Great cardio.
	Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo - Get Ripped [DVD] by Tae Bo Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £2.00 Great workout! Really tones your bum and thighs if you stick wih it! My only complaint is the music.
	Clubland Work It Out [DVD] [2008] Buy new: £9.58 / Used from: £9.00 Great DVD! Comparable to the first ministry of sound release! Great music and broken down into aerobic, dance and cardio sections.
	Ministry Of Sound: Pump It Up - High Energy [DVD] Buy new: £8.48 / Used from: £6.50 I use this dvd occasionally for a change. Good music but workout is not as hard as the first pump it up dvd.
