My experience using Smooth away
After seeing these advertised on TV, I was sceptical but couldn't resist giving them a try. At first I was amazed, I tried the larger pad on my legs and the hair came right off as promised and my legs felt really smooth, although I had to go over some bits a few times, and it did take some time. Excited and thinking I'd found a solution to getting rid of my unwanted hair including that soft white hair starting to come through on my face, I began using the smaller pad on my chin and upper lip, and surprisingly even though the hair was much softer, This was not as easy as it had been on my legs. I had to go over and over areas. At the time I was using the pads in the circular motions as they instructed, it didn't feel as if it was hurting my skin. Then all of a sudden my face started to burn really bad, which ended up lasting a couple of days.
The hair that was removed from my legs lasted no longer than shaving, and was just as itchy and sharp as if I'd shaved them when it regrew. The facial hair removal pads did remove some hair but not all, and left me with a very sore face. My facial hair also grew back as If I'd shaved my face, much coarser than it was before I'd used them. Overall a big dissapoinment, I do not recommend them
