Very well designed and well made bag.
After careful consideration and alot of searching I chose this bag and bought it from Amazon. I was delighted when I received it to discover it is very well designed and beatifully made. It now contains a Sony A100 no less than 6 lenses with UV filters, caps and hoods, a remote shutter release, the camera USB and power cable, 2 spare batteries, 2 polorising flters in their cases and lens cleaning items all without bulging. I will never carry all these at once when shooting but it is an amazing capacity for such a compact bag and all the items are safely seperated. The little touches like the pocket to hold the top inside cover which also doubles for lens cleaning, the secure easily held tabs on the smooth running zips, the wide comfortable non slip shoulder pad, the built in water proof cover and the practical backward opening design all add up to make it the best camera bag I have bought in 32 years of photography. I do have one slight niggle, the zip top which opens away from your body when it is over your shoulder would be even better if it had a toggle release like the front flap as well as the double zip. I wish I had bought one sooner.

A bag for all seasons
Designed and made with the usual Lowepro care this is a genuinely useful companion for someone with a SLR camera plus some extras. It holds my D80, flash, a couple of lens' and charger with ease and the front pocket is big enough to hold my compact and some spare SD cards and filters. It looks and feels durable and the adjustable internals make fitting your particular setup a cinch.

My only other comment on the design of the bag is that it is not a holdall style oblong shape but of a square-er layout and therefore quite deep. Not a problem but if you're thinking of stowing this on a narrow shelf double check the external dimensions first.

Otherwise this is an excellent purchase and thoroughly recommended.

Smart and useful
I had been looking for a larger - but not too large - bag for some time, to carry around my Nikon D70 plus 2 zooms & hoods, S600 flash, spare card, all the leads, etc etc, and having checked the dimensions and read the other excellent review, I decided on this. It fits the bill, carrying (just about) all my kit without being too cumbersome, and it is a really nicely made item. I am not the best packer and would struggle to fit any more into it (6 lenses? - possibly but only if you're very very careful); my only slight disappointment is the cover/zip arrangement - you can't simply leave the zip unfastened and merely unclip the cover to access the camera. I think this arrangement has been carefully designed, but it's not for me. However it is still an excellent bag.
