Best looking phone out there?
I have had this phone for 8 months now and people still ask me what it is and whether it was expensive. It looks the business and it feels very...german? I know Nokia aren't german but the phone feels very well put together like a well made, well engineered german car. (think porsche not vw) It has a reassuring weight to it. It is a metal chassis with a smoked glass front (real toughened glass!) It slides very smoothly closed and is a very tactile phone. Like all nokias the actual phone behind it is very intuitive and easy to use with very logical processes for all the main functions. Cosmetically I really think that this phone is the best looking phone on the market just now.
So why only 4 stars? well a few reasons but dont let any of these reasons put you off, just take them into account before spending £200 on a phone.
1~The camera is only 2mp and isnt the best quality. the functions are very basic and the results are passable. (although I have a pic i took on this phone as the wallpaper on my mac) not a problem if you want a phone not a camera/phone.
2~Its memory is quite basic and not upgradeable, so no good as a real music player and big web pages just stress it out! again not a problem if you are happy with a seperate ipod like me.
3~ I think its aimed as a girly handbag phone? (it comes with a slinky bracelet wrist strap,leather purse and suede screen wipe.) But its not girly. Im 6' 16 stone bloke and it is definitely masculine, my wife doesnt like it ("its too heavy") and ("its too blokey") It is a bit of a weight in your pocket but its reassuring and not cumbersome.
4~ Its too posh for work! Its a glass and metal shiny thing and prone to scratches. (the metal chassis is anodised black but still marks.)

Other than these it really is a cracking little phone, enjoy.

Great phone, it looks nice and is easy to use. shame about the camera, only 2 mps but other functions make up for it.
better than its predecessor the 8800. definately worth it!
