Excellent start to sewing
I got this for my daughter aged 6 and she's really enjoyed it. The four projects are easy to follow with a bit of help and she's used the pencil case and notebook holder a lot. Each project doesn't take too long and all are useable. The only word of caution is to be careful with the popper closing - if pulled too hard the foam could rip

Great gift for a little seamstress
Our little girl loves making things and a sweing kit is an obvious extension to her glueing and sticking arsenal. The four projects you get here are great fun and actually produce stuff your child will want to use. So its a bit like 5 gifts in one!


It will make a great gift and was sent in a nice sturdy box, so it won#t get flattened in the mail. I mention this because in the past I have ordered some toys in the mail from 3rd party sellers and they have arrived somewhat flattened and unsuitable as gifts. Not so this kit, Amazon know how to post their stuff!
