Manufacturer's Description
The V-Drop Super Velocity Track Set is a super-tall gravity set that hangs over the top of a door! It has a cool elevator that lifts a Hot Wheels car all the way to the top! Its insane height and adjustable ramp gets Hot Wheels cars to reach extreme speeds and catch sick air! Not for use with some Hot Wheels vehicles.

Check your doors first!
Got this form my boy's 4th birthday and he loves it. I take slight issue with the complaints thus far: we have the same "problems" in that car's sometimes get stuck and they sometimes just fall off. But for both of those problmes I'll say that my boy solved the first one with little-boy "know how" - for the cars that get stuck he's worked out a little technique to unstick them; and as for falling off, clearly he's too young to know why, but (as the instructions say) weigh the end down with a couple of books to stop the track slipping backwards - problem solved.
The only real issue we've had is that the door connecting mechanism only works one way. So the door you are connecting to must open into the room you are playing in. So for us that limits which rooms where the V-drop can be positioned. You've been warned (this was almost a nasty surprise for my little boy...)
The kids love it but you'll need to help
Same problem as the previous reviewer, you get the car to the top and it gets stuck. Often, when you do get it moving, it just drops off the track rather than runs down because young kids just don"t understand that they have to make the track curve away from the door. We love playing games with our son but standing by the door waiting to set the car going is really dull....we just took it off the back of the door and let our son lay the track out across the living room with one end propped on a sofa. Not quite so dramatic but works every time and he loves it! Also you can buy extra cars really cheap so he doesn't get bored with it.
My son loves this track set
I bought this track for my 4 year old son and he adores it. It is so much fun trying to get the cars to fly through the make believe fire ring that comes with it. I would advise any parent who wants a good half and hour to themselves to purchase one. Money well spent.
