Go MAD - it'll make a difference to your life
Although there's nothing particularly new in what Andy Gilbert is saying in this book there is a lot that is valuable to people from all walks of life. The research behind it is immensely strong and, if you apply the Go MAD system, you will be able to achieve things you never previously believed you could. Worth reading but don't just read it, DO IT !

Simply the best
When I first read this book I thought 'I've heard all this before but not modelled this way' - however! When I started to use the process to analyse why I hadn't achieved some of my goals it smacked me in the face - simplicity is genius - that's the real beauty of Andy Gilbert's process and I now apply it to everything I want to do - it has helped me identify where I need to concentrate my efforts and to question my own self-belief and reasons - wonderful - THANKS

Simplicity rules ok!
