Editorial Reviews

Review
A lot of stringing books only have words for their projects , so we liked the fact that this one had lots of illustrations. We felt it might be a good choice for a complete beginner. It also has some basic wirework techniques so is a good all-rounder. --Bead Dec 07/Jan 08

Start beading!5
The title says everything - this is a great little book to get you started stringing beads.

If you know nothing at all about the subject, after reading the lengthy detailed introduction you will have a good general knowledge of beads, tools, findings, stringing materials, knotting, etc.

It then covers all the basics, from a simple bead on a string, to multistranded necklaces and bracelets and if you have a creative enough mind then you could go on from this to designing your own jewellery.

As an introduction to the subject, this is perfect.

Great book for beginners 5
This is a great book for beginners. It is laid out in a very clear way with names, details and images of different beads, findings and beading techniques. Clear instructions are also given for several easy projects. Highly recommended for beginners and improvers as both a project and reference book.
