A good CD but ...4
This CD "Favourite Military Bands" is a good choice but I suggest that you also check "100 Military Band Favourites" that is a 5 CD BOX SET at a very low price. There are many CD of military music that have always the same marches, played by the same bands with the same orchestration. So, usually, the biggest differences between all these CDs are only the price and the number of tunes. However, it is a good CD but check the other CDs too.

At 3 pounds, it is a good choice but ...3
At 3 pounds, this CD is a good choice but remember that there are many BOX SET with 2, 3, 4 or 5 CD and usually, it is always the same bands and the same tunes. Also, the biggest difference between all these BOX SETS is the number of CD and tunes and the price of the BOX SET. So, I suggest that you check "100 Military Band Favourites" at 6 pounds or 12$ for 5 CD because it is a very inexpensive BOX SET for a so wide variety of tunes, The quality of recording is good and the tunes are easy to listen. There are many different bands and the tunes are well played. If you know nothing about military tunes, it is a good choice but check for the BOX SETS.
