My saviour!
An absolute must-buy. It's really good quality and bigger than your average gym ball so it's perfect for good posture once your bump gets bigger. I did loads of yoga on it and it was the only place I could sit or kneel comfortable as I got bigger (my hips were terrible). I had a back-to-back labour so it was fantastic for kneeling over. All that yoga helped me have an active, all-natural drug free birth. Brilliant. And once baby arrived I still used it. Sore stitches rendered the sofa uncomfortable again and the ball is great for gently rocking a newborn to sleep. Also good for spicing things up as bump grows and 'romance' becomes an exercise in logistics ;o)
