Don't use in a high wind1
I enjoyed the promise of guidance from this little book although there was lot of unnecessary padding about clothes, boots etc.The accommodation list was minimal.
I didn't get a chance to use the book on the actual walk over Whitsun Bank Holiday as the first time I opened it, the strong winds that day blew it apart; the binding was hopeless. The important pages were last seen heading across the Irish Sea. If you do buy this book, make sure you staple the pages together before you expose it to the elements.
