An easy to use, good value fitness trainer.
I rate this vibration trainer by Carl Lewis highly, having compared it to many others for good value, ease of use and space needed to store it. It takes up very little room, is not too heavy to move as it has wheels, comes with a booklet showing different excercise positions and is very easy to use. It has a choice of levels so you can start on the lowest level and gradually go to the higher level, as you feel your muscles improving, and if you choose to you can just stand on the plate for ten minutes if feeling very unfit, but by doing the easy positions shown on the console you do feel the benefit and it does have a good effect on your wobbly bits! It's good for circulation problems too, as my legs no longer ache and from day one of using it, no more restless leg syndrome. It was worth it just for that improvement! If you can't get to a gym, or don't want to, then this is the thing for you, although I'm not sure if it would suit serious fitness fanatics, but it's great for health benefits and a steady improvement of muscle tone. Amazon were very quick delivering it within two days, so great all round.

Good quality and effective
I bought this several months ago (it arrived the next day by the way!) and I use as do my 2 housemates. I have an old ankle injury which now is always swollen, regularly aches and makes me limp a bit (I'm not 40 yet!) and after going on this for about 20 minutes it reduces the fluid around my ankle and the pain goes away completely as long as I use the power plate regularly. I'm unfit and overweight so I'm using this to improve my circulation and muscle tone and I 'walk/jog' on it for 20 minutes to work up a sweat! My other flatmate also lies on it with a cushion under her back and says it reduces her regular back pain. I live in a terraced house and my neighbour assures me that she cannot hear it or feel the vibrations! I'd recommend this for anyone who dreads the gym but wants to start somewhere and presumably a fitness fanatic would be able to do all sorts of marvellous workouts on it too!
