The Best Book I Have Read On Martial Arts
Bruce Lee is well known in martial arts and this book that he wrote is well thought through as it goes in to great detail on how to get your stance right to how to throw a great and powerfull punch etc...

It is a great book for fans of bruce lee or martail arts people all over.

I ordered this on pre-order and than 5 month after release to get it but was well worth the wait

Bruce lee's fighting method the complete edition
As a Bruce lee fan for many years (37 ish years)this book is fantastic if you do not already own the separate books in which it covers. To have all the books covered in one edition is brilliant well presented great remastered pictures which still get me inspired to train in the martial arts. through this book even if you did not know who Bruce lee was it is a fantastic training guide which i am sure will help you self develop as a human being and as a martial artist (just my opinion)

A great book
This is a really great book showing you the kicks and punches of jkd and how to do them, and gives help on certain training. and has a self defense bit at the back...

If you wanted to for fun to practice some punches or kicks or even for self defense you could easily get what you needed from this book.. you just have to put the practice in and use your intuition.

People think that having lessons for anything in life are the best thing. but can you have a lesson 24-7 every minute of the day? No. but you can have a book to constantly keep checking over things.. rely on yourself not others!
