Learn the art of making a video
I know must of this tai chi rutine, but this film was of so poor quality, that I almost did not know what I saw. The makers of this film should have learn to make a video before they made this film. Homemade is a too good word to decribe this film. It is by far the worst DVD I have bought. What the say is right, and what they show is perhaps rigtht too, but it hard to see, and the performer is not that good. He is also not pleasing to the eye. Just a shaving or a haircut of the preformer would have improved the quality form beyond bad to very bad.

disappointment
Don't buy this dvd if you don't have a dvd player! We've tried on all of our computers (it took us half an hour, including lots of googling, to get it out from the new iMAC!)and it just doesn't work. So no idea how the tai chi on this dvd is...
Shame.

Basic introduction
I got my DVD to work perfectly on my pc so no problems there. The production is very much home production but the instruction does the job of introducing basic moves. The introduction is rather drawn out and the constant turn in camera direction confuses the eye when first learning the basic steps but all in all not bad for the price.
