Excellent Book
Informative, clear and inspiring. I followed the advice to read then re-read the book and I've progressed rapidly to the advanced workouts and am learning new tricks every week. Its enormous fun, time just flys by(I find it hard to put the rope down!),and at 49 years of age I'm feeling incredibly fit. It helps to watch the videos in conjunction with the book in order to fully understand some of the advanced jumps,(but not entirely essential). I highly recommend this book for those who are looking for a different and challenging work out that can be done almost anywhere. I hope to inspire others to give it a try.

difficult to apply
I bought this book with great expectations as a result of the power of marketing but I did not find it fully satisfactory after reading it. Even though it is a quite motivating book, I found it a little bit difficult to apply the techniques described in the book. The explanations could have been more explicit for those who are beginner-level skippers. But still, it is good to make an entry into skipping.
