Jan knows his stuff but makes something very easy seem difficult.
	The Tao of Yiquan: The Method of Awareness in the Martial Arts v. 2: Warriors of Stillness (Warriors of Stillness : Meditative Traditions in the Chinese Martial Arts, Volume 2) by Jan Diepersloot Buy used from: £199.95 I love Yiquan and there is very little published work. Learn how to do pile standing and start to really understand qigong.
	Zen Training: Methods and Philosophy by Katsuki Sekida Buy used from: £4.90 I first read this book almost 30 years ago. It is still the definitive guide to Zen Training. A must for every seeker and meditator.
	The Quest of the Overself by Paul Brunton Buy used from: £1.17 Amazing early account of Yogic meditation, breathing etc.
	Penny Smith's Power Yoga Featuring Anton Simmha [DVD] Buy new: £4.58 / Used from: £2.48 Penny's excellent & shortened Ashtanga Series 1 routine. Daily practice.
	Inner Structure of Tai Chi: Tai Chi Chi Kung I by Mantak Chia Buy used from: £8.35 Really unusual Tai Chi book by Master Chia. Gives you plenty to think about in improving your practice.
	Awaken Healing Energy Through Tao by Mantak Chi Buy new: £7.20 / Used from: £4.47 Introduction to the "Fire" method of Taoist meditation. The microcosmic orbit etc. Master Chia really pioneered the publicaiton of Taoist "secrets" in the West.
	Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar Buy new: £9.59 / Used from: £2.55 The original and best. The bible of Yoga asanas. Iyengar teaches you how to get the posture 100% right.
	Yin Yoga: Outline of a Quiet Practice by Paul Grilley Buy new: £6.85 / Used from: £6.18 I have recently got into Yin Yoga and Varjasati Yoga. The point of resistance is the start point for an asana. Hold it longer, much longer. Let the resistance be your guide, your friend. Breathe.
	Geribody Yoga [DVD] [2002] Buy new: £5.58 / Used from: £3.55 I like this. Nice Sun Saluations, Geri isn't very good, but who cares, her teacher is!!!
	Ashtanga Yoga - The Practice Manual by David Swenson Buy new: £14.90 / Used from: £11.00 David Swenson is a freak. I could practice for a million years and never be able to do this stuff. I love to watch his DVDs though to have perfection to aspire to. Lino Miele's video is better!!
	Baron Baptiste Live!: Soul of Strength [DVD] [2001] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC] Buy used from: £19.95 I like Baron Baptiste's yoga. I especially like cranking up the central heating and doing it in a hot room as he does it in his studios. Not as hot as Bikram Yoga though!!!
	Ali MacGraw: Yoga, Mind and Body [DVD] [1994] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC] Buy used from: £77.68 This is nice. Good "old fashioned" yoga. Nice and gentle. You need this as well as Power Vinyasa yoga!!
