Nesta, Lucy, Izzie and TJ all have preconceptions about one another and are naturally concerned about their image and how the world sees them; however this image consciousness is magnified when Nesta, the most vain of them all, meets her personal Room 101 � a brace!
Although Nesta may at first seem shallow, through a discovery about a well kept family secret, she finds she does have some hidden depths, although not as deep as Shakespeare.
Told through humour and immensely likeable characters, Hopkins� series is still as fresh as when she began.
