Directions
WHEN AND HOW TO USE.
Mix 1 scoop (30g) of Promax Extreme™ with 200ml of water or milk. Stir with a fork or mix in a Maximuscle shaker. You can also add a serving to a clean and dry Maximuscle shaker and take it with you to work or to the gym. Simply add water or milk when the time comes to drink it.

For best results, consume 3 scoops of Promax Extreme™ each day. This will provide your body with the precise amount of muscle-building nutrients needed to help you gain muscle size and strength.

To increase the protein content of your diet, Promax Extreme™ can be mixed with many different foods, such as porridge, yoghurt, and breakfast cereal, and can also be taken between meals as a high-protein snack.

Promax Extreme™ is perfect for use before and after exercise. Studies show that protein taken at these times stimulates muscle growth more quickly than at any other time. (1) & (2).

Promax extreme
An excellent tasting, easy to make protein shake, I found using this product that i bulked up fast compared to some other of maxi muscles powders i.e cyclone and Viper. it can be mixed in seconds with water and milk which helps after a long training regime particularly if drinking it in the training room. It comes fast and on time as only amazon can consistently deliver.

Good Product
Been using the strawberry one for about month and half...visual results are good so far, but recovery time is minimized substantially. I have given it 4/5 since I'll have a better idea in 3 months.

Promax extreme
Good, tastes great and seems to do the job. Ask again in three months.
