Caffeine
Contains 153mg of caffeine per tablet. If taking three a day as suggested it's therefore 459mg which equals six cans of Red Bull. If you're combining this with coffee, tea or cola you may not be able to sleep along with all the other possible anxiety related side effects a high dose of caffeine can give. This is just a warning before purchase as it's not really explained anywhere else.

Try two a day!
Maximuscle recommend that you take this product three times a day for optimum results - unfortunately some people find that taking such a large amount of caffeine that late in the evening can upset their sleep.

I've been using Thermobol just in the morning and afternoon with some good results - but its important to try not to drink too much other caffeinated drinks.

It also contains Bitter Orange Peel which helps you to feel fuller longer and quicker - it certainly helps me as a light lunch satisfies much more than without Thermobol.

If you want to kick your fat loss up a gear I highly recommend it!

Hot product!
I have used Thermobol twice now. The first time I used it it was new and was alot more expensive than it is today. I used it alongside Reflex nutriton's green tea extract and I must say, alongside some serious cardio, I saw some very good results. As I swallowed the product, there was a slight tingling sensation (the Cayenne pepper in it I think) and I did actually feel like my body temperature raised slightly. I had no side effects from the product and used it again some 2 years later. I did not see the same results the second time I used it but did not stack it with the green tea. All in all, a very good product that I will probably use the next time I 'cut down'.
