What you see is not what you get!
I ordered this item on 29th April 2009 and the items which arrived are not what is pictured. The black lid pictured is one where the entire lid is lifted off hence the lip at the front. This enables you to add your mixtures inside etc. The items Natural Matter sent have a black lid, larger than advertised, but to gain access to the insides you have to completely unscrew the lid. This is not whats picutred nor what I wanted. I contacted the seller to request a refund. They replied basically stating no tops are specified in the advert but they'd refund me in line with their policy. Great, so I replied with picutres of what they sent and whats on here and asked what their refund policy actually is? This emailed to them on 7th May 2009. They sent a confirmation email to confirm receipt of email but to date (todays the 17th May 2009) they haven't bothered to reply. Now the only way for me to try and get any sort of refund was to make a claim through Amazon who have been most helpful. If you do order from this seller expect to be disappointed and to have no joy from them when it comes to refunds!
