Recommended Use:

Always take 2 servings (3 scoops) daily, 1.5 scoops in the morning, and the same again in the afternoon or after exercise.

excellent product
great product. tastes great and it's well worth the money as the results amazing. must have for anyone looking to go that extra mile in the gym.

Best protein out there - at a price
Yes you can buy cheaper versions (normal whey), but ive found this the best protein i have used.

Noticible diffrences include
1. faster recouvery time
2. tastier than some

However, muscle growth is the same as cheaper products. If it is your fist time buying protein i would advise 'Whey Reflex (2kg)' - very good value for money. But if you looking for something that bit extra opt for Cyclone.

Good for post-workout
My husband uses this after the gym, & finds that not only does it help with muscle building (safely as its contains protein rather than anything too dodgy!) it also acts as an alternative to a snack after his workout to keep his energy up if its a while before a meal-time.

It tastes slightly synthetic, & isn't as nice as say a chocolate milkshake, but its definitely not an unbearable taste & after all is designed as a workout supplement not a treat!

Amazon was also by far the cheapest place to buy this product & it was delivered within 2 days of ordering even though we chose the free delivery option.
