    Tastes bad!3
This shakes tastes real bad. Also it is almost impossible to make without consuming a significant amount of lumps, even in the Maximuscle shaker. I guess you could get around this by using a blender, though not sure how pratical that would be. You really have to force feed yourself. I have not noticed any changes whilst using this alongside exercise and a strict diet. Though I would like to give it another go, as I have read impressive reviews on the maximuscle website. I will try the Vanilla formula next time.

    Pricey but effective4
Maximuscle really do produce some great products - the strawberry Promax Diet is just one of them.

Containing more protein and fewer calories than any other diet meal replacement shake this is a great product if you're cutting down body fat but wish to maintain your lean muscle mass.

Not only does it provide the protein you need it also contains green tea extract to help you shed the fat.

Its not the cheapest but it tastes good, mixes easily and does work.

Great Tasting - and it works5
Some whey diet products are awful. They taste artificial and vile, but Maximuscle is not one of them. Great tasting, filling (but not overly, so you feel sick like a few other makes (they add fibre to bulk you up cheaply))
Maximuscle diet has got grean tea extract in which is a great antioxident; Xylitol (totally natural sweetner extracted from fruits - and it's good for your teeth in a postitive way. Studies have shown that Xylitol reduces plaque); B5 to help uptake of everything and to aid in releasing energy from your fat storage.

Obviously you have to use this in relation to a bit of exercise and a semi-decent food regime, but on the whole it's a great product.
