Disappointing
This book is solely based upon a 30 day diet plan that supposedly proves that you can control your rosacea symptoms by completely cutting out all your sugar intake and sticking to a high protein diet. For those few that it actually works for there is little hope of staying on such a diet after those 30 days as your body is being deprived of vital nutrients and so as soon as you stop the diet the symptoms will swiftly return.
As you read through the book you realise that you are not reading the educated views of a trained dietitian or dermitologist but the extremely unprofessional, stubborn and somewhat naïve beliefs of a long-term rosacea sufferer who once experienced a temporary clear up of his symptoms by going on a extreme diet that could be potentially harmful. A diet, by the way , that he no longer adheres to.... I wonder why?
