Customer Reviews

An extremely practical book for the wards5
This book goes through history taking, examinations, presenting patients, basic investigations - the stuff that you need as a medical student on the wards that you never feel fully competent at! It's not too detailed, but detailed enough so that you have all the info you want over a wide range of areas - all in one pocket sized book! All in all an excellent companion to the oxford handbook of clinical medicine on the wards

Great Book 5
Key to success is doing the basics perfectly. Keep it simple. This book is superb. Read the bigger exam books but for puting it all together this is the one for the night before the clinical exams.
