Each of these guides is extensively cross-referenced to the Regulations, thus providing convenient and ready access. Some Guidance Notes contain information not included in the 17th Edition but which was included in earlier editions of the IEE Wiring Regulations. All of the Guidance Notes contain references to other relevant sources of information. Guidance Note 3 is suitable for the City & Guilds 2391 Certificate in Inspection, Testing and Certification, this guidance note is concerned principally with Inspection and Testing. It has been updated to align with the "IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) 17th Edition". It includes detailed coverage of initial verification, periodic inspection and test instruments.

This is a very well written and informative book.
It is laid out in an easily to follow format.
It gave me a good knowledge of what to expect on the training course for the 2391
learner
when I go on my training course I will have more knowledge than I had before purchasing this book.I am already doing testing, but this book has been very helpful.

Excellent product, absolutely essential to any electrical student. You'll be amazed at how many practicing "electricians" don't know the first thing about testing an earth electrode on a TT system! Don't be one of them. You'll need this to get through your level III practical.
