Amazing
This is such an emotional meditation. I was actaully in tears at first, it was very emotional to hear certain things that Bernie Seigel says....

It is beautiful and relaxing and he has a great voice for guiding you through your journey!

Great buy!

Soothing and efficient
From the first time I listened to it to now, I have fallen in love with the soothing, convincing voice; the background music which repeats a tune almost as an obligato is the perfect accompaniment to these two relaxation sessions.
The exploration of the journey in the first session is such an exploration into the power of YOU. Because of this Bernie Siegel asks you to provide what you need!
The second session is an amazing exploration of your immune system that will enhance it. You don't have to believe in God, but Bernie tells us that God has provided a most complexe instrument for living and it is up to us to enhance with the language of body and mind, the language of God.
The eploration is made intensely personal so you can become aware of how awesome our healing system is and how much we and it can work together for health.
I still love this CD after two years of buying it. I also feel that it is an efficient way to improve your health. With me, It works. It gave me a boost in confidence in my own healing power and it does work.
Try it and love it too!
