Customer Reviews

A great place to start5
This book makes no assumptions. Easy to follow and dip in and out of. Written with thought realism and humour. I recommend this to the curious - it makes Tai Chi accessible to all!

intresting book4
my wife got this book to help learn and teach t'ai chi she found it a bit strange at first but as she got into it she found it helped, so on that note it is a good book... but if you dont want to be kept up until midnight pretending you are a wave or a tree then this isnt for you!!! wife likes, it im not sure!!

Easy to read4
This book is very easy to read, and dip in and out of. If you're looking for a simple, lighthearted introduction to the world of Tai Chi then I would recommend this book. It gives you enough of an insight into the history and principles of Tai Chi, without bombarding you. It also contains many step by step diagrams on various movements. But i would recommend buying a DVD or going to a class as well as reading this book.
