Gr8 little phone
Unlike some of the reviews that are here, i do actually own this phone. I bought it 3 days ago (previosly owning a Sagem MY V-55) and have been amazingly impressed with it ever since. Before buying i had done some research and been dissapointed with the lack of good reviews for the VK 53O. I then went to the vodafone store and tested one out and put my simcard in it to see what the phonebook and messaging features were like. The phone impressed me loads ans i decided to get it the next day. Since ive had it, ive had no promblems. The screen doesnt creek, the Ezi (T9 equivelent) is gr8, and the camera is a good as any other from a phone this price.Theres 32 choses of ringtones and loads of screensavers. The main thing is thought.. its pink! I would reccomend this phone and erge you to try it out at a vodafone store before you rule out buying it!!

Not the best phone - but still the prettiest!
Before you buy the VK 530 you have to make a choice between practicality and image!
Yes, the phone is gorgeous and I love all the admiring comments I get about it (I have one in pink!) but there is no denying that I have SO many problems with it!
When I first bought it, it froze after one day and stayed like that for about two days, and so I had to take it back and ask for a replacement.
My new phone is almost as bad - several times a day it crashes and does not let me open my inbox, outbox or drafts.
The colour frequently corrupts and goes into negative. To solve either of these problems you have to turn the phone off and back on again.
The phone also freezes then switches itself on and off about once a day, as well as freezing for about 5 minutes when you try to turn it off (still playing the 'goodbye' music!)
It also vibrates randomly sometimes, tricking you into thinking that you have a message! I know a lot of people who have just given up and bought another phone.
However, even after all I've said, I really do love my phone! It is fantastic when it is working - and it is probably the most gorgeous phone you can buy!

Great phone that my girlfriend adores!
Picture this, my girlfriend wanted a new phone for her birthday but she isn't very good with anything any more technological than an electric can opener! I was having a real tough time trying to find something which looks good, and is also easy to use.

Walking around the different phone shops I saw something that cought my eye instantly, the VK 530. I on seeing the phone I thought to myself "That looks like something my girlfriend would love, but I wonder how easy it is to use. " So I asked the bloke in the shop if I could try it out. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to just pick up and use. The main menu was easily accessable and simple to work through.

The internal screen may be a bit on the small size, but with 65,000 colours it is a great quality screen. I tried out the camera, and that is also great quality.

So I decided that this was the phone I'd get for my girlfriend. On handing it over to her I saw her eyes light up and a smile spread across her face. She hadn't even gotten it out of the box and already she liked it. So we got it charged up and turned it on. She loved the little welcome video, and was able to work it pretty easily (with a little help from me at first.)

I can only think of good things to say about this phone. I'd never heard of VK mobile until just recently, but I have to congratulate them on making such a great phone. You will be giving my girlfriend hours of fun as she takes photos of everything she sees and plays that frog game until she wears out the buttons on the phone!
