Highly recommended
I found Part 1 of this book simple and effective. Anxiety can be overwhelming and feels like a whirlpool but here the causes are broken down to make it easier to see what happens when anxiety strikes. I have learnt how to recognize that introspection happens when I get anxious, and it becomes a continual cycle. Looking forward to part 2 and 3.
