Good build quality
Was pleasantly surprised when I received this.
The build quality is excellent. Almost as nice as Apple's dock but... half the price.
The remote resembles the apple one, but not quite as nice, but more than adequate.

The back of the dock has a line out (for connecting to your stereo) and the standard ipod socket.
It comes with three inserts that cover most ipods - but you can't use inserts supplied by apple so beware.

In all, great value and not as tacky as other docks out there. Highly recommended.

DO NOT BUY FOR IPOD TOUCH
It doesnt sync well, and the connections is lost every so often, i put it on charge, and when i wake up it turns out it stopped charging when it was only half way full. It must be a slightly different connection on the ipod touch. I cannot comment on other ipods.

Works with 3rd Gen iPod Nano Video
I was a little worried when I got this item that it wouldn't work with the new iPod Nano, but it works fine. It comes with 3 inserts, that cover most options, but I actually use it without an insert, which allows room to plug in the iPod Nano without taking its protective case off (which would be annoying if I had to keep taking it off and putting it back on).

The remote control gives you play/pause, volume up/down and previous/next track buttons (which also do fastfwd/rewind when held down). There is also a USB connector that is used for recharging your iPod, but the remote control works fine without any power.

All in all, when compared to the Apple version, this is fantastic value, and the build quality seems to be just as good
