Life changing5
Let me start by saying that I am not the kind of person who thinks that a book can change my life! I am a cynic and a pessamist of the worst kind, so I hope that you'll believe me when I say that this book is truly wonderful. I have been in therapy for months and paid...actually, I dread to think how much I've paid! And this book helped me in two chapters more than my therapist has ever helped me. But I must add that I have used this book in conjunction with therapy, which might help more than the book on its own, because therapy gets you used to writing down feelings, and analysing yourself, and preparing you for change. Please take the book seriously and do all of the excercises that you are require to, because they really help you- you just have to let them help you! Good luck!
