Get It Together, The Funkiest Jacksons Album, and the best!!
If you have an even casual interest in funk and want to know which Jacksons release is head and shoulders above all the rest then the answer is simple.
Get It Together is the now unknown peak of the Jacksons and also a funky/soul/disco masterpiece.
Dancing Machine is here in its slightly rawer funky version and the breakbeat bomb Hum Along And Dance. Ther are a number of other good tracks, You Need Love Like I Do Dont You is also another killer...disco but funky disco and another highlight.

The previously unreleased tracks at the end of the Get It Together album are ALL good as well and complement an already great album.

It's really good to have this album finally released on CD as, along with the other 2 album's, Dancing Machine and Moving Violation, it represents not only an important part of Michael Jackson's career, but also an important part of the funk spectrum.

Unfortunately Skywriter is not a great album but consider it as a freebie........
