    Hasn't let us down5
Supplied very promptly; thank you Amazon.

We bought this item for occasional visitor use. Although being expensive this mattress has met expectations. It inflates quickly and stays up! I am told it is comfortable and after use it packs away in its own bag ready to store. Good.

If you suffer from motion sickness - BEWARE!1
I've been unfortunate to suffer from motion sickness (dizzy, disorientation, nausea etc.) since I was a child. Typically this is brought on from being in an airplane, a passenger in a car or any moving vehicle for that matter - trains included, with ferries and buses being the worst forms of transport imaginable for me!

From the reading of other reviews, I had no idea that this condition could be brought on from an air-filled mattress, and certainly not one with "Quadra Coils" (anti-roll technology). My partner, who only suffers occasionally (rough seas for example), also succumbed.

Sure - on the plus side, it's a nifty mattress, quick to inflate/deflate, small packable, lightweight etc. We tried several pressures (different quantities of air) to see if this made a difference - it did, but still the nausea remained.

So - in a nutshell, if you've ever suffered from motion sickness, buyer beware! I'll be sticking to (bulkier) foam in future...

    Better than the plain futon3
Sleeping on the aerobed was much better than the plain futon. BUT... it was like sleeping on those old waterbeds... if you were not in the center (it was for 2) it would be easy to roll off. I kept thinking I would end up on the floor. I guess that was where it should have been. Also, when your head was resting at the top the bottom was sticking up.

It gave my husband and I quite a few laughs. But ultimately, it did not hurt our backs like the plain futon.
