Nice machine but Sony support dire
This would have received more stars had it not been for the diabolical state of Sony support. My screen broke itself after a key came loose, and trapped itself between closed screen and keyboard. Sony intended to charge me in full for this, but later settled to 70%. I still do not have the machine back as Sony fail to deliver it. Originally they also had many failed pick ups.

A warning to others. If the LCD hinge/s crack you would expect this to be covered by the warranty. It is not the case. Sony will tell you that the hinges must have been too tight and that you failed to inform them. So if buying this product contact www.vaio-link.com and report that you wish for your hinges to be checked otherwise you will be liable if they crack.
