a neglected composer4
This addition to the clarinet repertoire was welcomed when performed by Michael Collins in the Young Musician of the Year competition some years ago. It is well matched by the Finzi songs and Dies Natalis with the English tenor, Ian Bostridge, for whose voice the composer might have written the works. Long summer days and the English countryside are reflected in the music.A must for the collector of choral music.
