The best life coaching book ever5
I have read loads of self-help books but I rate this one more than any other because it is so easy to read and to understand. It really shows you how easy it is to coach and encourage yourself so that you can feel motivated and positive and full of life. There are seven steps to being your own life coach (how to get know what you want, get focused and keep motivated and inspired and how to be in control of your life). The second section is all about relationships, work, body image and confidence and there is also a weight loss programme which I used and it works!!!! This book shows you how you can go out there and get what you want. I have bought so many copies to give away to people and even my mum is using it.

The girls at work are all reading this book so I borrowed it.

I don't usually read books like this but this is really helpful especially about body confidence, weight and lack of confidence. I like the relaxations and the way the author seems to talk straight to me. We talk about this book at work and that helps me as well.

Reading about staying positive reminds me that I am okay and keeps me optimistic. I am glad I have found this book.

Just like a personal life coaching session5
Reading this book is like having Lynda give you your own personal life coaching session. I felt like I had known her forever and that she knew me too (spooky!). Lynda makes it feel like anything is possible and that you really can go for your dreams and I felt inspired to change my job after reading it. If you want to change anything about your life this book shows you how to do it easily and gives you all the encouragement you need, read it and get going in your life.
