Tidy guide to organizing your life
Just as you would hire specialists to organize your closets, use John Caunt's tips to organize your business and personal life. He offers creative ideas for individuals who perennially can't find their notes and miss their deadlines, and provides some modest but workable solutions to chaos and clutter. Getting organized may not seem difficult, if you are an organized person. If you aren't, Caunt understands. He has given this idea a lot of thought, and his useful book may help you overcome bad habits and become more productive. We recommend this easy-to-read handbook to disorganized people who have always wondered how the other half does it.
a handy reference for time management & office organisation
I use this book as a training reference on time-management and office-organisation seminars. It has a clear and accessible language style and it offers practical check-lists. The book covers a number of very important aspects of organisation, including personal time management, cooperation and communication, meeting strategies, filing techniques and using computers and the Internet. The German translation of this book will also be useful for English University students following joint honours courses in German & Business.
An extremely useful self management guide
This is a compact guide to organising yourself at work and beyond. Having read it in its entirety I still find myself referring back to it. Like all good 'self-help' books there is something here for everyone. Sometimes it confirms what you already felt you knew which is comforting while at other times it challenges accepted wisdom. Most people who follow some simple guidelines offered will become better managers, and regain control of their lives.
