A new, revised and completely updated edition of the bestseller about what it takes to be an effective and inspiring leader - from the author of the The Tao of Coaching Leadership can be learned. This practical and compelling guide offers the tools and techniques to help you build the necessary skills. It will enable any manager and executive to hone their skills in leading teams, departments, divisions and indeed whole corporations. At a time when leadership is not the exclusive territory of the CEO - each of us is placed in a position of having to lead something at sometime - this book is relevant to practically anyone, especially those who are in positions of management or aspire to it. Landsberg argues that anyone who personally engages with his team to create Vision and Inspiration and Momentum will almost certainly be regarded as a leader. This book shows you how to do that.

Customer Reviews
EXCELLENT PRIMER FOR ALL MANAGERS
This book is brilliant in its execution and content. Any manager will find it enjoyable and useful to read. I have read this author's other books, especially The Tao of Coaching. In all his books, Max Landsberg demonstrates a unique insight into the skills required of today's manager.
Brilliant, insightful, practical - I give two thumbs up
Few books on leadership are as comprehensive, insightful, and practical as this one is. This is one of the best books on the subject for both - people who are leaders and those who wish to become leader-like. Mr Landsberg experience and knowledge of the subject is quite evident. I am recommending the book to all my friends and colleagues in the United States. There isn't anything like it here.
Excellent guide for team managers / leaders.
This is a real must for anyone who spends at least part of their day trying to run a team. It is a mix of refreshing reminders, some new ideas, and lots of practical tips. Thoroughly deserved its review in Management Today.
