Customer Reviews

A lovely little book5
This book stands out among the oceans of feel-good books that flood the market. As far as form is concerned, it is beautifully produced, with charming illustrations, impeccable English and a satisfyingly chunky format (like a little brick). And the content - exactly 1,001 varied ways of feeling in control of your day-to-day life - is useful and practical rather than airy-fairy. A nice present for yourself or someone who would appreciate a portable source of calm.
