From the Author
I'm convinced that increasing your self-confidence can have a profound impact on who you are and what you achieve in life. When I sat down to write this book, I wanted it to be full of ideas, insights and inspiration for your personal and professional life - and I believe that's exactly what it is.
So what makes it different? As I was writing, I focused on a number of things. I wanted it to be engaging, relevant and practical - and I wanted to make it a book people would talk about. You'll have to be the judge of whether I've succeeded or not.
Inside you'll find sections called 'Pit Stops' where you have a chance to reflect on what you've just read and how it relates to your life, and just like my previous books, S.U.M.O. and S.U.M.O. Your Relationships, I've included 'The Personal Stuff.' People have told me that they like the colour, context and authenticity that comes from these sections. And where I can, I've also tried to weave in some humour along the way.
Having worked with tens of thousands of people across the globe in business and education, I'm convinced that we desperately need to build our self-confidence in order to make a difference in life and fulfil our potential. I sincerely hope this book goes a long way towards helping you in that process.
Whatever your thoughts, once you've read it please feel free to post a review and email me at sumo@PaulMcGee.com
Enjoy!
