I'm always skeptical about these kinds of books, but after being persuaded to buy one when I attended a Confidence and Credibility seminar, I was pleasantly surprised.

This book is full of scripts that you can apply in every day life from asking your boss for a pay rise, to returning food in a restaurant that you are not willing to pay for. It is good for both professionals and every day persons (like my good self) as it covers a wide range of topics. Everyone can apply it to their life.

The scripts are laid out in an easy to understand format. It states the question that you need answering, or comment that you are making, along with each of the answers that may be given to you in that particular circumstance. It's helpful that all possibilities are covered because you are never backed into a corner...there's always an arrow pointing to something else to say, and the results are always positive.

It's a great book and I highly recommend it!
