Customer Reviews

Thorough description of coffee bar business in N.America3
This book provided some food for thought in planning my own cafe in Europe. However, the content is almost entirely based on how to do things North American style. There are some useful checklists to make sure that you don't forget the little things which are important, and a good focus on quality customer service and hygeine. I would recommend this book for someone who is not necessarily experienced in the industry, who wants an overview of how these businesses tick in America.

Inspirational and Well Written4
This book is very well structured, it holds your interest and inspires you to try. It clearly states areas where you may have problems, but doesn't feel negative.

It clearly itemises the issues that you should be thinking about and planning to get to opening your dream coffee bar.

The only minus points are the fact that the book is aimed at an American market and I would have liked more information on suppliers. However, the book is still an invaluable resource for anyone dreaming of opening such a business!
