Average customer review:Product Description
Ramana Maharshi was one of the most significant spiritual teachers to emerge from India during the first half of the century, and remains widely admired. This recent collection of conversations between him and the many seekers who came to his ashram for guidance contains the essence of his teaching. His concern throughout his long life of imparting his experience to others was to convince his listeners that self-realisation - or enlightenment - is not an alien or mysterious state, but the natural condition of man. This state can be easily discovered by undertaking the self-investigation clearly described in these talks. The lucid instructions to each section provide further illumination of this greater seer's message.

Beautiful
This collection of inspirational words and teachings of Ramana Maharshi are inspiring. His understanding of the spiritual heart of man was certainly 'enlightened' and is for the seasoned seeker, or somebody who has already read other material which leads you this far.
It will not be for everyone today, but it will be for everyone someday.
love
i have not finish the book and have never written a review before, but i would like to express my gratitude to the great spiritual teacher for putting me on the path to a better life full of beauty and the clarity that we are one.
Truthful and sensitive presentation of Ramana Maharshi
I have read many books about Ramana Maharshi and his teaching, but this one is THE BEST. Ramana Maharshi was one of the greatest spiritual masters of this century, and this beautiful book does him full justice.
