As someone inclined to dismiss affirmations generally, reading this book and listening to the CD has changed my attitude - for the better I believe. I decided to give it a try after all if they did not work what had I lost, at worst I would merely be where I was before. As suggested by Louise playing the CD before and during sleep works also - I awaken with a much more positive calm energy for the day.
