Classic and underrated humour
Pam Ayers has been performing and making people laugh since the early 1970s. Her shows include guitar songs, humourous stories and world famous poetry including "Dolly on the Dustcart" and "Oh I wish I looked after my teeth."

This show comes from a recording she made in the late 1990s. All the quaint brilliance is here. She sounds like a slightly less rude Victoria Wood and is in fact more polished. I am sure with more confidence, she could have been much more mainstream and famous.
