Blaster at his best
For anyone who has the priviledge of hearing Blaster as an after dinner speaker, this compilation is a must have for their CD library. It features most of the best stories from this brilliant raconteur including 'the Pub that changed Colour', the naming of Knicker Brook at Oulton Park and the Shower of **** over Cheshire. If you have never heard Blaster you have a serious flaw in your education. Buy it now !
Blaster Bates and Laughter With a Bang
After the first 2 tracks I was giggling uncontrollably. By the time I had listened to "The Pub that Changed Colour", I was howling with laughter and by the time I had got to "the Naming of Knicker Brook", tears were streaming down my face. The language is basic, the Cheshire accent is strong but the humour is there from there from the first detonation to the last.
Blaster Bates Master Storyteller
This is the recording that everyone should hear if you want to listen to blaster bates , although there are some choice words of which the context is never there to offend anyone. I have heard most of his recordings and I do not tire listening to each one of them .You wont be disappointed sit back and prepare to laugh.
