What a Budgie!
A great CD! Mike Harding the original and only Rochdale Cowboy hits all right areas with the Budgie joke, if you've seen Mike tell this joke on TV, it's still a great laugh on CD, along with the other tales, a superb listen.

Clean Northern Humour
I've seen Mike Harding Live twice. In a big Hall with an audience of Hundreds, and in a small smoke filled Pub in Stafford. The latter was more enjoyable as it had so much atmosphere, you choked as you gasped for air. This album reflects the latter. Mike paints real pictures in your mind with his stories. Maybe some of the words & situations might be lost on modern folk, but the punchlines will leave most people reeling with laughter.
