Blast from the Past
Although Blaster Bates is no longer with us , his earthy and definitely politically incorrect humour is still superb .

blaster bates the legend
This was bought on impulse the content took me back to a dismal evening at the local town hall where Blaster Bates was doing his after dinner speech. It is basicly aimed at men but the content for the most part is entertaining and non sexist, he talks of a lifetime blowing up tree trunks, Pike and such, but it is the things that do not go quite to plan that are most entertaining. Well worth a listen.

Laugh until you cry
I am lucky enough to have been to one of Derek Bates's evenings of entertainment.I laughed so much that my sides literally ached.

Blaster has alas passed away but this CD and the others available, capture for posterity his humour with wit and timed delivery.
Buy this CD, you will not be disappointed.
