Debussy, the bridge between the Romantic era and the Modern one. A true Genius, here is a good collection of the orchestral works but check also out his fantastic piano works.

Sibelius the Finnish late Romantic created many great symphonies and tone poems and a great violin concerto.

Shostakovich another Russian genius. Here is a great 27 CD box with very good performance of the Symphonies, concertos, string quartets and many more. And great price too.

Ligeti the Greatest Genius of the later half of the 20th century. Here is a great version of three solo concertos. See also his fantastic piano etudes.

Takemitsu. A modern Master from japan. This is a Brilliant disk, full of flowing musical greatness.

Frank Zappa an excentric genius which blended many styles to create his own higly individual blend of fantastic music.
