    A welcome return to simplicity.4
It's been a fashion for a while to have a mobile that does everything. This phone dumps all the bells and whistles and focuses on just the core essentials of a reliable mobile: Phone and text.

The address book is a breeze to use and you can even assign friendly icons to key members of your address book to help you immediately scroll to your loved one! Voice qaulity is great and the volume is high enough for noisy environments too.

The ring tones are good for a budget phone. While I couldn't care less about ringtones, there are plenty of trendy sounding ones to choose from. But after all, if you want to listen to music, switch your stereo on!

Texting is also dead easy. The predictive text input is mega speedy and adding unusual words into the memory is very straight forward too.

The buttons are nice. Quite rubbery, but easy to press and they light up a fabulous white. The navigation key is great and it quickly becomes second nature to whizz through the super friendly menus to your required function.

It has got some basic games built into the phone, but these don't excite me at all. I did notice it had the obligatory Snake game however!

Battery life is exceptional. I get nearly two weeks on standby with moderate use sprinkled in between.

So what's stopping it getting 5 stars? Well, it's the display. While indoors or at night, the display is quite lovely, but during daylight, it is fairly hard to read.

A very good mobile for those wanting something simple, reliable and small. No frills, but a solid performer none the less.

    Cheep 'n' Cheerful5
As I only talk and text, I like to keep my phones very simple (my last one was a Nokia 2100). This fone has the legendary simple-to-use Nokia menu system and the 4-way navigation key makes using this phone an absolute doodle!
This phone has a simple monotone LCD so it is very economical on the battery.
It also has a SPEAKING CLOCK feature which can be used as an alarm tone and also for reminders (though I use mine only for reminders lest I get confused with the alarm tone).
The only thing that did irriate me at the start was the unusual inverted display but I have got used to it now. If you want a great value no-nonsense phone then stop searching... you have arrived!

Really basic but reliable, and AMAZING battery life5
    Really good phone.

    GOOD THINGS
    - Buttons feel really nice and squidgy but well built too.
    - Battery life is about 2 weeks!
    - Mine, sold by DURONIC, was actually the 1110i which is the next model, which appears elsewhere on amazon for about £10 more. Glad i didn't pay the extra!

    BAD THINGS
    - The demo feature which it tries to sell you is rubbish; i don't see what the big deal is, it just shows you the features, but anyway. That's the worst thing about it so it must be good.
